Performances, Performances, Performances

Updated: Mar 31

As the midterms pass us by and the holi celebrations leave us joyous and multicoloured with its dance workshops and open mic, the variety of performances and events that have taken place this month have made March very very memorable.

First up, Hera Lalan, Uktasri Doki and Vasumana Sharma assembled one of the best musical events we’ve seen on campus - “Pratidhvani : Echoes of the Past” an instrumental showcase of 19 songs from the ‘70s to the ‘00s. The 15 instrumentalists Hera, Ukta, Vasu, Dilli (Aditya), Kush, Daniel, Ruhi, Navya, Purvi, Ishita, Vidur, Antariksh, Ishaan, Vishal and Ron serenaded the audience, with chants of “ONE MORE ONE MORE” ringing in SH3 as they performed their 19th song, leading to a spontaneous performance.

Rangasthala performed “Mitrachi Goshta”. In Aadya’s, one of our readers, words, “Attending Rangasthala's play "Mitrachi Goshta" was a captivating journey into the realms of friendship, love, and human emotions. The heartfelt performances and storyline resonated deeply with the audience, evoking a range of emotions from laughter to tears. The play served as a reminder of the enduring power of human connections and the beauty of shared experiences.” Do check out Aishani’s article on the play!

Mudra produced and showcased “A Journey Through Time”, which consisted of  routines that showcased the history of prominent dance eras.

Prakriti hosted a treasure hunt on campus where teams worked to solve clues and find hidden treasures. Bolt has come to a close and SFL resumes! The SFL knockout matches are currently being played. The excitement builds as we head closer to the semis and the finals. Stay tuned to Leher’s Sports Department articles to find out more!
